HEALTHCARE

Under my leadership, I will work to continuously strengthen Haiti’s health‑care system by evaluating the performance of health institutions and encouraging them to excel. My goal is to ensure that every organization delivers care that is safe, effective, high‑quality, and accessible to all. We will build a system that values accountability, innovation, and compassion—one that truly serves the Haitian people.

CHILDREN

Every child deserves to be safe, healthy, in school, supported, and given a real sense of permanency and purpose. They deserve the opportunity to grow into productive citizens who can contribute meaningfully to their communities and to the future of our nation. Safety is a fundamental right. Children have the right to be protected and to be raised with dignity in their own homes, surrounded by care, stability, and respect. Ensuring this is not only a moral obligation—it is a national responsibility.

FAMILIES

In partnership with families, we will assess their strengths and challenges and ensure they are connected to the services and resources they need. Across Haiti, families will have access to support—whether provided directly through Child and Family Services or through trusted community‑based organizations. Our goal is to strengthen families, promote stability, and ensure that every child grows up in a safe, nurturing, and dignified home
