INFRASTRUCTURE
My Vision for Infrastructure in Haiti
A modern Haiti begins with modern infrastructure. My vision is to build a nation where roads, bridges, ports, energy systems, and public facilities are reliable, safe, and accessible to every citizen. Infrastructure is the backbone of national development—it connects communities, strengthens the economy, and restores dignity to daily life.
For too long, Haiti has suffered from roads that are impassable, energy systems that fail, and public spaces that do not meet the needs of the people. Under my leadership, we will adopt a new approach—one grounded in transparency, technical expertise, and long‑term planning.
We will work with engineers, planners, and community leaders to design infrastructure that serves the public good, not private interests. Every project will be built with quality, maintained responsibly, and monitored openly so the Haitian people can see where resources are going and how progress is being made.

A strong infrastructure network will:
• connect farmers to markets
• allow children to reach school safely
• ensure patients can access hospitals
• support businesses and job creation
• strengthen national security
• attract responsible international investment
My vision is a Haiti where every community—urban or rural—has the roads, utilities, and public services needed to thrive. A Haiti where infrastructure is not a symbol of neglect, but a foundation for opportunity.
A rebuilt Haiti is a united Haiti. And together, we will lay the groundwork—literally and figuratively—for a stronger, more resilient nation.
