My Vision for a National Broadband Internet System in Haiti

My vision is to build a modern, reliable, and affordable broadband internet system that reaches every corner of Haiti—from the largest cities to the most remote rural communities. In today’s world, internet access is not a luxury; it is a foundation for education, economic growth, public safety, and national development.

Haiti must invest in a strong digital infrastructure that links all regions through fiber‑optic networks, satellite support, and secure communication systems. This backbone will serve as the foundation for schools, hospitals, businesses, and government services.

Too many communities in Haiti remain disconnected. We will work with local partners and international experts to bring high‑speed internet to rural areas, ensuring that every Haitian—no matter where they live—has access to information, opportunity, and digital tools.
